ChemGen has installed more than 140 enzyme application systems in the United States, Central America and Asia. This experience has allowed ChemGen to become a leader in enzyme application system design and installation.

Prior to installation, ChemGen evaluates each feed mill and designs an application system for the needs of each individual feed mill. These designs are presented for approval by the feed milling company prior to initiating the installation.

Application systems are installed primarily during mill down-time, to avoid interrupting feed production. Any procedures requiring that the mill be running, are ones that do not interfere with normal mill operations.

After installation the application system is thoroughly tested and validated, prior to the incorporation of enzyme into the feed formula. Additionally, comprehensive training of the feed mill personnel in the operational and maintenance features of the enzyme application system, is provided.

ChemGen's Field Service team will make regularly scheduled visits to the feed mill to evaluate the function and accuracy of the application system. ChemGen Field Service Technicians will also provide ongoing training as requested by the customer.
