Some of the benefits you will receive from our Field Services group are:
- 24 Hour On-call Service
As a customer, you will have direct access to our Field Services Group, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Single point of contact
You will have a dedicated field service technician
- Regular post-installation service visits
Your dedicated technician will make regular post-installation visits, typically on a monthly or more frequent basis.
- Service documentation
The Field Service Technician will provide a report detailing the findings of the visit
- Feed Enzyme Analysis
While visiting your facility, the technician will request feed samples to be sent to our headquarters lab for enzyme analysis to ensure proper application of our enzyme products. The customer may also collect and submit the samples directly to our lab.

Engineering Design
 Our equipment engineering team works closely with our field services team to provide a seamless flow of information from our customers, directly into the design and installation of our equipment. This produces a robust design and proactive approach to servicing the needs of our customers.
Through many years of experience, we have refined what works in this industry, and have implemented that knowledge into proven designs. We provide only quality components within our system design, so that our application systems will stand up to the rigors of a feed milling operation.
Installations
We are able to provide turnkey installations by internally managing the project from start to finish. This removes the burden of organizing contractors, project management, fees, documentation, and other details that become cumbersome to our customer, while trying to run production. Our installations always maintain professional design and appearance. |
