ChemGen realized early in the development of feed enzymes that critical services were needed to help assure customers that such micro-ingredients could be effectively and reliably applied to the feed. ChemGen pioneered the development of post-pelleting spray application equipment expressly for the use of feed enzymes in feed mills. We now work closely with new and existing customers to provide customized equipment design and installation solutions for each feed mill operation. In addition to offering the equipment and installation; we also support the equipment with a sizable, experienced Field Service department. ChemGen Field Service Representatives are trained exclusively for routinely maintaining and trouble-shooting post-pelleting liquid application systems. |
Together with the ChemGen feed assay services which verifies the proper enzyme inclusion rate, ChemGen field service can work with the customer feed mill staff to ensure that the enzyme application equipment is operating smoothly and correctly.
